  Took 20+ minutes to get the order taken and waited in line 15 minutes to wait on the tail end of someone else's order.
  I asked for spicy chicken nuggets, Cashier (no nametag, sadly) nonchalantly said they don't have them anymore at any locations, which was a blatant lie, then proceeded to take another 10 minutes assembling my meal from precooked food. Then gave me the wrong food & drink. Which required another few minutes while he lazily apologized and got a new one.
  
  Would have been faster and better to drive to another location rather than deal with this level of customer service

  I, no joke, was forced to wait for a solid 15 minutes at the second window for my food.
  
  I look over to see two employees (one girl one guy) having a conversation and not doing anything.
  
  It was 9:30pm, no one else was there. The utter lack of discipline is disgraceful.
